Warranty Length

Warranty length or duration depends on the type of item and covers manufacturer defects only.

Computers all have a one year parts and labour warranty unless otherwise stated.

Laser Printers carry a one year warranty.

Inkjet Printers carry a 90 day warranty.

Replacement computer parts have a day 30 warranty.

All other electronics carry a 30 day warranty.

Hardware only is covered, not software

The warranty does not cover installation, setup, training, customer abuse/misuse, theft, fire, poor environment, power surge damage, lightning, etc. (some of these may be covered by your insurance). Software problems are not covered by the warranty.

Service days & hours

Unless a specific contract has been purchased, warranty service is only provided Monday - Friday, 9am – 5:00pm. A faster response time, extended hours and other premium services can be provided upon the purchase of a contract.

Return Policy

We recognize that sometimes an inappropriate purchase can be made so therefore our returns policy is as follows:

All returns require a receipt

A 15% restocking fee is required on all unopened or opened hardware items being returned.

Returned units must be in resaleable condition, original box and packaging must be provided.

We reserve the right to test all products and are subject to a two day testing period before exchange/credit.

Special order items are non-refundable.

No Returns on promotional or sale items.

No Returns on open ink/toner cartridges.

No Returns on Memory.

No Refunds on Gift Certificates/Gift Cards

No Returns on any Software.

No Returns after 15 days, No Cash Refunds, Store Credit Only.

Labour, delivery and installation charges are not refundable.
