MobileTech Ltd. was incorporated in January 2013 to operate as a technology enabler in Bermuda. We focus on being the “one stop shop” for reliable products and quality services, and directly service everything we sell.
MobileTech Ltd. provides products and services in unique ways – On site service such as consulting and break-fix, pickup to depot and then delivery of the equipment back to the client site, and through direct relationships with knowledgeable account managers for our government and corporate clients. We offer flat rate month to month or ongoing support and maintenance contracts. We also provide a wide range of hosted, cloud, and licensing services.
This model works hand in hand with our commitment to providing exceptional customer service, from pre-sale consulting though implementation and ongoing support.
MobileTech Ltd. employs full time Bermudian staff members and a part time purchaser for large project procurements. We do not employ departmentalized employees that handle just “Sales” or “Service”. You will have a single point of contact for your entire project, from start to finish. This includes your post sales support so that you have a technician that is always familiar with your unique setup. We feel that this model creates strong team of trusted individuals to respond to our client needs.
We also offer service and support for equipment or brands we did not sell. Many service providers in Bermuda artificially limit themselves to only one brand (“their” brand), and typically refuse to service any equipment they did not sell. Customers feel stranded and frustrated by this approach.
MobileTech Ltd. employs only fully certified technical support professionals. You can be sure that you will be getting a fully qualified support representative that has actually installed and serviced the solution they are selling you.
