Delivery Guaranteed Stock
We work extremely hard to ensure the accuracy of our website. It doesn't matter what time of day (or night) you access our website - whether midnight Wednesday or Sunday afternoon - it is always accurate. In fact, we guarantee that what you see on our site is in stock here on the Island at that time and available for immediate delivery or pickup. If you ever place an online order for an item and we don't have at least one of that item in stock, we will offer you a 10% discount on the same item when it comes back into stock, or a similar item of greater value for the same price (subject to availability). Our guarantee applies only to online orders - if you telephone or e-mail (or stop by) to ask if something is in stock, we cannot guarantee it will still be in stock at a later time. It is possible that the item could be sold out in a matter of seconds due to online orders. Items that sell out will still show on our website but will be labeled as "out of stock" and you will not be available to purchase. However, our website can automatically email you as soon as that item is back in stock. We suggest that you order online when you see the item you want to ensure that you will not be disappointed! Online orders will always be given first priority.
Items that you see on our web site are in stock, and will be delivered in less than one business day. If you place an order for a special order item, we will advise of the estimated delivery date. However, factors beyond our control such as storms or Customs clearance delays can affect the delivery date of special orders. You can place an order anytime, seven days a week, but orders are only delivered Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. If you order late at night, you will likely get delivery by noon the next day, but no later than 5pm. If you order before noon, you may get delivery the same day, but no later than the next morning. Our average time to deliver an order is about three hours, but we do not guarantee every order will be delivered this fast. Orders can also be collected five days a week within two hours of internet order placement. If you telephone or come into the store instead of ordering online, please allow an extra hour for order preparation and/or delivery.
Our delivery personnel are not computer technicians! They will carry the equipment into your business or home, but will not unpack or setup any equipment. Setup and installation, where applicable, is available for an additional charge as listed below the item on our website. For an item that you want setup or installed that does not have a charge listed, please contact us.
Delivery Cost Orders totaling over $100 (excluding gift cards unless bundled with another product or service) can be delivered free Island wide. A $25 charge* applies to orders less than the min cost. You can also elect to collect your order directly from our store, five days a week, on 21 Euclid Ave, Pembroke. We do not ship outside of Bermuda under any circumstances.
